Wall ball 4-5 times per week - 15-20 minutes each time - 1000 reps at least - count your reps and the speed of your reps to measure how you're getting better. WALL BALL SHOULDN'T FEEL GOOD!

75-100 Ground balls - proper fundamentals - 4-5 times per week - drop it, put it down, pick it up again, rinse and repeat.
Shooting - 200 shots - 3-4 times per week - time and room, hitch, face dodge to inside finish, shooting on the run.

Shooting - 100 shots - 2-3 times per week - time and room, hitch, face dodge, shot on the run.

Wall ball - 1-2 times per week 100-200 reps - pick and choose from video above!
Shooting - 1-2 times per week - 50 shots - time and room & shot on the run.
Cradling with the ball - 2-3 times per week.
Prefer for players to start cradling a little more vertically - head to the sky, but of the stick to the ground, if they stop cradling it doesn't come out! CLICK TO WATCH VIDEO

Solution - tennis ball against sheetrock in basement or inside your garage works great.
Problem - no one to throw with
Solution Sibling or parent - parent can wear a baseball glove if you're not well versed in lacrosse! Use a wall!
Problem - I don't have a goal
Solution - tennis ball against a shed, some cardboard over your garage door.
Problem - I don't have time
Solution - Every kid can spare 15-20 minutes or more a few days a week to get better!
